...Jen peaks from behind the curtain.
Standing in front of her is the school nurse who just dropped another box of costumes on the ground.
"Oh, sorry for scaring you Jen." She said. "I was just getting this box of spare costumes out of my car. There's more stuff I need to get of my car so I'll be right back. Do me a favor and put this box next to the other box of spare costumes."
And with that, the school nurse left the room without waiting for Jen's reply.
Jen let out a sign of relief.
Jen made sure there was no one else in the room before she left her curtain and tried to move the box back behind her curtain. Because the mime gloves only had 3 fingers, lifting the box was a little cumbersome. So she just slid the box with her feet. It was then that she noticed that her toes started to stiffen up.
She better work fast.
Luckily, her gloves allows her to move her fingers, even if it was in a group of three fingers, so opening the second box wasn't that hard.
Looking over her expanded selection, Jen decided that her next step is to find something to wear over her feet. If her hunch is right, her feet are becoming hooves, and she rather have flat feet, thank you.
Let's see... Unfortunately, there are no normal shoes per say. Which now that she thinks about it, makes sense, since shoes are not technically costumes.
Instead, she found a wide selection of things. There's a a fury blue pants that looks like it belongs to a male monster, a pair of flipper that's designed to look like sea monster feet, Plastic dragon feet, a pair of sandals to... something... and a pair of fluffy slippers designed to look like crocodile heads. Among many other options. She remember seeing some of these from kids commercials...
...most of these looks like kids costumes. How are high school students suposed to wear these?!
Jen let out a sigh.
She can't afford to be picky. Every passing minute has her changing. She needs to find something suitable quick!
