While Ashely was looking over the selection, Jen put the robot attane looking ear pieces over her human ears. She really shouldn't, especially since she seen a pair of plastic Elf Ears lying around somewhere, but she go to get something before her ears disappear and Ashely needs her help imedily.
Ashly on the other hand, managed to brief period holding her gills outside the sink to pick the obvious and more sensible choice. The scuba helmet. She doesn't know what costume belongs to. For all she knows, it could have side effects if it belonged to a ghost diver or a sea monster or a alien, but right now, she needs it. Ashely put the helmet in the sink and made sure it was filled with water before dipping her head in the helmet. She also made a point to make sure all her hair was in the helmet to keep the water from escaping.
After a few seconds, Ashely tried lifting her head out of the sink, hoping the water stays in despite the helmet being made out of plastic. To her relief, the water stayed in, even though it probably shouldn't. She felt around the seams of the helmet to find that it's firmly on her head. It's even harding to a more metal-like material... At least she thinks that's why it is getting heavier.
"Hey Ashely, did it work?" Jen asked.
"Yeah..." Ashely said.
Jen waved towards the two boxes of costumes. "Well, now that is out of the way, try to pick the most human costume to override your current one."
Ashely watched as Jen lifted up a furry blue monster pants.
"Thanks... But shouldn't we check to see if there is anyone else infected. They could use these costumes more then us..." Ashely said.
Jen waged her bolbus white middle finger. "One person at at time. I pretty sure you want some legs again."
Ashelly thought about where to go from here. "Well..."
