He flew right outta the room as a monster, and soared high over the suburbs.
"Oh man, I can like actually fly!" he says this as he soars through the air. “This is amazing!”
He could see everything, his school, the houses of his friends, the city, the hair salon his mother Wendy worked at, his dad’s office, and he could see the forest, and the hiking trail he and Gary went on their weekend hikes.
He could see the secret hangout of Neil Nukls, the monster foot-shaped school bully, and his mates, Alan and Will.
He flew above the forest, and high above the lake.
A man in his boat saw him, thinking he was some sorta strange bird.
Thankfully, Chris had set his tf awareness so that only he knew about his tf, and made it so that nobody else would see him as a monster.
And almost immediately, as he was flying back past the clock tower, he realised it was 11:50am, meaning that it was nearly time for lunch.
He flew back to his house, and at 12pm, his tf reversed, and he appeared as his human self, clothes and all.
At lunch, his dad Joe stated that on the news, a man had seen a strange new bird, which he’d dubbed ‘The Wingless Red Bird-clops’.
Chris was amazed by the news. But his parents hardly knew anything about what had really been happening, but Chris did.
