Laura got out of bed. Her jaw dropped as she realized that there was a wet spot on the bed. She’d soaked through her diaper and wet the bed! Choking back sobs, she stripped the dirty sheets off the bed. Thankfully, the mattress was dry underneath.
After quickly changing her diaper, Laura brought the dirty sheets to the laundry room and put them in the wash, something that was a bit difficult to do at her size. But she managed. With that done, she needed to eat and figure out what had happened. A diaper should hold overnight accidents, right?
Laura grabbed a pudding cup and bottle of formula from the fridge, then brought her breakfast over to Liz’s desktop computer. Thankfully, it wasn’t password locked. As Laura ate, she looked up her problem on the internet. Her jaw dropped. Apparently, the reason she’d leaked was because she wasn’t wearing overnight diapers, which were thicker than regular diapers and meant to withstand more accidents.
Not every child her age needed overnight diapers, which was why Liz didn’t have any in her house. With a grimace, Laura decided that she needed to order some overnight diapers, because she would apparently need them for the foreseeable future. She let out a loud fart. Her bowels emptied into her diaper. Laura swallowed back her tears.
She should probably get both overnight diapers and regular diapers. And while she’s at it, she could even treat herself, get some clothes that don’t belong to Liz’s child. Luckily, she remembered her credit card information. Laura got everything ready to order with overnight delivery, but before finalizing the order, she second-guessed the delivery address.
