at 11am, Graham Hertly's digital alarm clock rung.
Almost immediately after that, Graham Hertly awoke, rubbing his head and scratching his belly. he yawned and rubbed his eyes.
"By gum." he muttered. "I've had some dreams last night..."
It was then he noticed everything around him. to him, everything was dark as night.
"How long was i asleep for?" he mused.
He felt like he was trapped in a fabric bubble.
but he soon found a gap in the 'bubble' he was in, and he could see the daytime light streaming in. he managed to open it, and crawled out.
He clambered onto a white soft surface, and managed to push himself up, till he was standing on two legs.
He could see his room, but everything seemed a lot bigger than it was.
"Oy..." he groaned, rubbing his aching head. "I gotta lay off the ginger beer; it's making me experience some real halluci-"
Suddenly, Graham tripped, and he fell face first onto something that looked blue and white striped, like his blue and white striped pyjamas.
"I never knew I had a sheet in the same style as my pyjamas." he said.
but then, he looked at himself, and saw he wasn't wearing any pyjamas. in fact, he wasn't wearing anything at all! he was stark naked!
"by gum! My pyjamas!" Graham exclaimed. "I've lost my pyjamas!"
He ran towards a giant pillow that looked amazingly like his own pillow, and climbed up it. he sat on the pillow, and looked for his pyjamas.
it took him almost a millisecond to spot them - he saw his emptied pyjamas spread across the bed. He slid down the pillow to examine his empty pyjamas. They were a lot bigger than usual. Graham stared at his pyjamas, jaw hanging.
"Were my pyjamas always this big?" he wondered. he then stared at his pillow, his bed, and the room, and the bedside dresser next to his bed. "In fact, was everything always this big?"
his pillow looked as big as a school bus, his bedspread looked as big and as vast as the sea, and the ceiling made his room look like it was 3 storeys high!
He looked down at himself, realizing that what had happened was true.
"By a thousands pieces of gum!" Graham said in disbelief. "I've been SHRUNK!"
