Think about the body that I was now in, I could not help but be a little discussed by the way my father had treated his body. A man in his late thirties and already looking like he was over the hill. So while I had the urge to order some form of takeout like pizza, I instead went to the kitchen to fix myself a healthy meal. Even as I cooked up the chicken breasts and vegetables, images of pizzas floated through my mind.
Eating the food, I slowly started to think about the things that I would need to do over the course of the week. Since it was Friday, I knew that I would not have to go into work for a few days. With that in mind, I sat and thought about a way to start my Dad on more healthy path. I knew that he had a gym membership that he never used, so the next morning, right as the sun was coming up, I threw on some workout clothes and headed out.
The first thing I did was talk with one of the trainers. It cost some money, but the trainer set up a workout and diet plan that would help my dad lose the fat he had gained while increasing muscle that was hidden under the soft layers.
