His jaw hung for a while, but as he went to absentmindedly bite a nail, he discovered that it wasn't just his fingernails that were growing. He looked in the mirror, and saw that some of his teeth were now much longer and sharper too.

Ramon pulled off his shoes and socks, and stared at his feet, jaw hanging.
He gained 2 extra toes on his feet, and they, along with his 10 original toes, grew longer, and his toenails had gotten longer and sharper too.
Then, he gained an extra finger on each of his hands, making his hands now have 6 fingers on each hand.
Ramon wriggled his elongated toes. He couldn't put his finger on what was happening to him.
