Grant is a small time thief looking to finally make a name for himself. In order to do that he's set his sights big. Namely his target is a small statue located in the country's largest museum. The statue itself is worth a lot of money, but the clout from pulling off the job is the main reward.
He knew he would need the perfect disguise in order to pull off the heist, so when he heard rumors of the Perfect Appearance Mirror's fault he had to try it out.
As he boots on the device and inserts his pilfered DNA sample, Grant goes over his plan in his head one more time. After this transformation he'll join a tour group and wait for an opportunity to grab the statue. Given the form he's going to take no one will suspect him of the crime and he'll be able to slip out without a second glance.
The mirror finally comes to life and displays the image of his new temporary form. Grant crosses his fingers that this will actually work as he confirms the new appearance. Instantly he's disoriented by the mirror's alteration ray that works double time to transform him into.
