Brooke checked her phone and found a message from “Adam”. With excitement she realised this was the footballer from the nightclub. The message was simple ‘Adam here 04……… We danced the other night. You left me your number. Just wondering if you would be interested in meeting for a meal’
Brooke resisted the temptation to ring back straight away. Tracey always advised it was best to keep the boys “waiting” and not seem too eager. She decided she would wait till the morning before she returned the call.
However an hour later Brooke couldn’t wait any longer. What if Adam had other options? She might miss out. She dialled Adam’s number and he answered immediately.
Needless to say within a couple of minutes Adam had arranged to meet Brooke at a rather fancy restaurant in town on Thursday night. If Brooke felt any guilt about accepting the date so soon after the disappearance of her old boyfriend she was unaware of it.
After that she was straight on the phone to Tracey discussing her date and what she should wear. The rest of the evening went in a flash.
Her boots heard the phone conversations but of course could not respond. The constant state of bliss when being worn by Brooke continued but he was aware that she was organising to go on a date. A little piece of him inside was disappointed that he had so quickly been forgotten.
When Brooke put him back into his box and once more into the wardrobe at bedtime he finally calmed down and was able to think about what had happened. The sadness at potentially losing Brooke hit him. As a blob in a box it seemed he didn’t sleep, so he had all night to stew over his situation. He could not think of a solution.
The next two days passed quickly. On both mornings Brooke showered then when in her underwear extracted her combination of black loafers and pantyhose from her magic shoe box. She wore them all day and her legs still felt as fresh as ever when she knocked off work.
Only lack of money prevented Brooke from going shopping for a new outfit for her date. Tracey had told her that a black dress was too “Dark” for a first date.
As soon as Brooke got home on Wednesday night she changed out of her work uniform. Her skirt was hung-up, her blouse thrown in the wash and her shoes (and pantyhose) returned to their box. In her underwear Brooke painted her finger and toe nails before having a bath and shaving her legs. After dinner Brooke went through her wardrobe trying to find the perfect combination of clothes to wear. Stuck in its box her shoes missed out on the fashion parade as Brooke tried on many different skirt and top combinations. Brooke had decided that once she got the top right she could create the perfect shoes to match.
The shoes didn’t come out again until the next morning when once more they were a combination of black loafers and pantyhose. The shoes had been stewing over Brooke’s date and being forgotten about for over 16 hours and while in box had to “Protest to Brooke by not massaging her legs”. However once encasing Brooke’s legs any thoughts of protest were forgotten. The pantyhose worked hard massaging Brooke’s legs all day. He so wanted to please his mistress.
