Before Dan can complain, Kat uses her magic to bring them both to the kitchen. She settles him on board with a wicked grin on her face. “You will be dinner. I am going to enjoy this.”
Dan shakes and tries to get up to leave. Kat raises her hand to immobilize him. “I wouldn’t do that if I were you. Well actually I would. But I have magic so I would be more successful.” She brags.
“Kat, don’t do this!” He tries to thin how to get himself out of this situation. But then he hears the sound of the door and his parents’ voices. He felt relieved and also terrified. Before he could hope that that he would be able to escape. Kat smirks at him and tells him in a whisper. “They won’t know it’s you, my dear brother. “ She taunts. “They can’t hear you and you are immobile like any other dish about to be dinner.”
He screams at her. Then their parents enter the kitchen with grocery bags. “Mom, Dad. Look. Dan got me a turkey for my birthday.” Their dad smiles and kisses her forehead. “That is great. See your brother loves you in his way.” While their parents seem to be accepting of the turkey. Their mom seemed more skeptical. “Where is Dan?” She eyes the turkey warily. Dan hope rises, but Kat seemed to be prepared for this. “He didn’t want to spend the day with me and went out. I don’t know where. Their mom still didn’t believe it, but seemed to let it slide for now.
“Well since its out, help me cook it then.” Her mom says. Kat nods happily. Dan is screams at Kat to stop this charades. Their dad just puts up the groceries that aren’t going to be used. Then before he leaves, he asks the girls if they need his help. They tell him no, so he goes to the living room to watch tv.
In the kitchen, Kat was in charge of making the stuffing as their mother uses magic to start cleaning him. Dan shrieks as water is shot through him and into him. “Kat, this isn’t funny stop this. Mom, it’s me. Your son. I am not a turkey.” Kat is nearby amused, as she stops and seasons the stuffing.
