Test subject 16846 woke up in a large Empty room. The room was perfectly illuminated from every angle, which was strange considering the Lack of any light sources, or anything for that matter. The walls, floor and ceiling were made of perfectly white, smooth stone. 16847 did not mind this environment at all, as it was all they had ever known in their seemingly new existence. Their body was 5 feet tall. Their skin was pale as snow from lack of natural light. Their hair was white as winter, and their eyes were blue as the ocean, the only colour on their entire body. They tried standing up, with the grace of a baby giraffe, and fell back towards the ground. *beep* Their head made contact with the padded floor without a sound. *beep* They felt new knowledge enter their freshly purified mind. They stood up as though they had done it hundreds of times before. "Hello?" They said. "What's happening?" Silence. They tried touching one of the walls. It felt soft on her skin. "Is anyone there listening?" Silence. "Where am I? Who am I?" *Beep* Those were silly questions. They were 1646. They were in their chamber. They didn't need to question anything. They were obedient. They were not supposed to ask questions. Any Disobedience was wrong, and the result of humans imperfectly programming their mental alterations, but it was fine now. They were simply a test subject. *beep* The room was lluminated by nothing, leaving 16846 in darkness. They closed their eyes and attempted to get some sleep. Days later 16846 opened their eyes, waiting for something. They didn't know what. The lights had apparently been turned on while they were asleep. They Stood up in front of a newly placed door, and waited.
