Jonathan was known in the gambling world as the best gambler. He is an amazing strategist and uses that to win every game he’s played. It ranges from board games to even games that involved risking your life. Some believed he was just extremely lucky. He even believed that too. That was until he met his match.
“Please, take a seat!” A suited man pointed towards a round table with five chairs. Jonathan sat down in one of the chairs. He can tell that whatever game he’d be playing, it would definitely be a card game.
Not too long after he sat down, four other men who all wore jumpsuits came into the room and sat down at the same table as Jonathan.
The suited man from earlier brought a metal suitcase to one of the men. He opened it up and pulled out a deck of cards that were unopened.
“We doing poker? I don’t see any chips!” Jonathan said. All four of the men looked at him and then back to the cards.
The pack was opened, and all five men felt a large sudden burst of wind from the center of the table.
“Holy shit! Was that from the cards?” Once again, no one spoke back to Jonathan.
The cards were shuffled and passed around. Each person got 7 cards, all facing down. When everyone got their cards, they pulled them up, with the cards facing toward them. At this point, Jonathan was confused at the game. Not because of the amount of cards, but what were on the cards.
Some of the cards had an old man above one of the numbers and a baby on the other. The same thing was on another card, but with a man and a woman.
“What kind of game is this?” Jonathan yelled out.
The man who shuffled the card snapped his fingers, and the suited man approached the table.
“This is a simple game of go fish. No money is gambled here, but parts of you. You can gamble your hair, age, or even body parts. If you win, you gain what was gambled, but not entirely. Someone can gamble a foot of their height, and you’ll gain 1/2 of it. Same thing goes for age and body parts. Your body will update to work with what was changed. The only thing that you gain entirely is age. This can be mental or physical. May the game start!”
“Excuse me? How does that make sense!” Jonathan argued, but the game started. One by one, each man gambled something. From Jonathan’s left all the way around to his right, each man man gambled.
“I bet all of my body hair.” He puts his right hand on the table.
“I bet 2 inches of my height!” He also put his hand on the table.
“I bet 6 months of my life!”
“I bet all 8 inches of my penis!”
“And I bet all my senses except for hearing and sight!”
The four men looked at Jonathan, waiting for him to bet something. “Think Jonathan! Bet something that is minor! Something that can be tested to see if this game was true.”
“I bet my arm hair!” Jonathan said. He put his arm on the table. Once again, the wind returned, but it didn’t affect the cards. But it did make Jonathan close his eyes.
When he opened his eyes, Jonathan noticed something different. Above each person was a bubble that showed what they were gambling. The person who gambled his body hair had a picture of him and every bit of his body hair highlighted. The man who bet his genitals had a picture of genitals with 2/3 of his penis highlighted.
“Ok, let’s gamble!” Jonathan thought
