Amber looked over her hoard, mesmerized by the incredible wealth that lay before her. She then looked at her tiny apartment, all she could afford on minimum wage work, and realized that with this much money she could rent a much nicer place, or even straight out buy a house! A flash of realization came over Amber, though, as she looked over at her phone, why should she give up any of HER treasures when she could simply use the app to give herself a home worthy of a dragon? Amber targeted the apartment with the app and generated a sentence.
"This apartment is where Amber lives"
Amber thought about simply replacing "apartment" with "mansion" or even "castle", but decided that since she was a dragon, she should live in a place appropriate for a dragon to live.
"This cavern is where Amber lives"
Suddenly Amber found herself standing at the mouth of a cave, partway up a mountain a few miles away from the city where she lived. Amber looked into her new home, what little furniture she owned, as well as her newly acquired hoard, having been transported with her. The cavern was huge, so huge that Amber couldn't see where it ended in any direction with the meagre light from her desk lamp. Amber knew that whatever cavern the app ended up giving her would most likely start out in a less than acceptable state, but she also knew she could easily fix that with the app.

After a few minutes of generating sentences, Amber finally found one she could make use of.
"This cavern has all of the luxuries befitting a dragon"
The entire cavern was suddenly lit up as lights appeared on the ceiling, allowing Amber too truly take in it's sheer size, it was easily as large as the megamall back in the city, if not bigger. Amber gazed around her new home as she stepped deeper inside, the entire floor now covered in tiles, though they must have been heated as they didn't feel cold to her bare feet. The entire outer edge of the cavern was now lined with dozens of doorways, all of them labelled with signs like "home theatre", "kitchen" and "guest housing". She looked inside many of these rooms, finding them to contain exactly what the signs would imply, all of the rooms also contained gold, jewels and sex toys, her hoard seemingly having grown to match her dwelling. To Amber the part time secretary, this was more luxury than she could even imagined, but to Amber the lust dragon, this was just what to be expected of her lair. There were indoor gardens, entertaining rooms of all kinds, and even several empty rooms marked "for future development". At the back end of the former cavern was perhaps the most surprising thing of all: a massive multi-tiered dais covered in cushions straight out of a fictionalized Arabian palace. Amber understood immediately that this was her throne, a seat that perfectly exemplified her wealth to all who would see it.
After spending a few more hours exploring her new lair, eating a quick meal in the kitchen, and putting on some fancy, yet practical, clothing from one of the many walk in closets, Amber stepped outside through the security enclosure now at the mouth of the cave and into the open air. Gazing down at the city below, Amber noticed that a road now wound up the mountain to the cave, leading to a zone for unloading trucks as well as a covered garage, several expensive sports cars already inside. After thinking about simply driving down to the city, Amber decides that if she is truly to be a dragon that she should have a much more dragon like way to get where she wants to go. She brings out her phone and generates a sentence.
"Amber is making preparations to head into the city."
A quick edit turns the sentence into:
"Amber is making preparations to fly into the city."
Now equipped with a large pair of dragon wings, Amber makes a few experimental flaps before launching herself off the mountain, stretching her wings and catching an updraft. As the dragon woman glides down towards the city, she begins to think about her plan, which is to….
