Jeff decides to shrink himself. He decides to try and make it as instantaneous as it will let him. So, he inputs the highest percentage it will allow; 25%. He then sets the amount of time he'll shrink, resulting in it being 25% every 30 seconds. Then, he sets how short he will go; He decides to be about as tiny as he can go without being an ant, so around 5 inches. He then sets the time limit to 24 hours.
He quickly takes off his clothes to watch it happen, and presses Confirm. His clothes wouldn't size down with him anyways. He then minimizes the Chronivac before going too small, and watches as the distance between his head and the floor decreases fast. Within two minutes, he's a mere 5 inches tall.
With his new size, he decides he can have a lot of fun; Whether he decides to take small bites into food to mess with his mom and siblings, or simply crawl around on them, or even see what it's like to be eaten alive... The possibilities are far greater now.
Now, he has a choice on what he should do, and to who...
