This was an idea that Jeff had toyed around in his head for a while. What if everyone had a dick? What if everyone were proud of their dicks? Yes... yes that would be awesome for both sexes to understand the joys and sorrows of a phallus. He grinned, thinking about this dream world of his that he was devising within his head.
However, another possibility came to his head... what if there were a family of all-female animals who looked like human women, just with animal ears and tails and limbs? That idea excited him as well, to be able to keep a woman as a pet, and as a breeding toy...
Hey wait a minute... couldn't he just combine both of his ideas?
He went right to work detailing the specifics of the changes he was about to make. First, he made sure that the average smallest dick size was above 3 inches long, and that all dicks were physically beautiful. Next, he made all human women into hermaphrodites (futanari) by replacing the clitoris with a dick and balls. He altered human fashion and cultural attitude to be somewhat more dick positive. He also made most other animal species share this gender dichotomy. The line between romantic and sexual attraction became more distinct, and romance would be made more sacred than sex.
Next, he created an all female species between humans and animals. This new race would be called "fauna". The primary differences was that they were without dicks, had the limbs, ears, tails, and other characteristics of various non-human animal species, and behaved like their respective animals for the most part. They could be taught how to talk, but at best their grasp of the language would be somewhat broken, and include onomatopoeia relating to their animals. They could reproduce with a regular animal and produce regular animal offspring, or with a human and produce human offspring. Human/fauna offspring had a 50% chance of gaining an additional mutation based on the fauna's animal. Fauna could reproduce with other fauna regardless of animal by scissoring.
The computer extrapolated from his inputs pretty well, filling in some of the gaps with appropriate details. Satisfied, Jeff set the world to "Retroactive Rewrite", set everyone to be unaware that anything has changed except for him. With a hit of the "EXECUTE" command, Jeff sat back and watched his world transform.
