With his new improved hearing Brandon could hear something scurrying in the back of the lab something relatively big that kept itself hide, he step in and scanned the room, his canine nose picking the scent of something apart from his step dad and the mist but he couldn't pin point it, he notice to cages in a desk that seems to have been cut and force open, "hey Rrrick ruo keep arrimals in herrre".
"RReyeah lrab Rrrats" at the same time Brandon nose picked on the position of the smell behind a shelf, he tried to carefully move it to take a look but with out realizing his new strength he pushed out of the way scaring the creatures that were hiding behind, like a trapped mouse one of them launch itself at the werewolf while the other 3 bolt it to the Door, Brandon manage to protect itself from harm but falls to his butt letting the 4th one run to the stairs.
Still on top of the stairs Rick was a few feets from the stairs door when the wolf rats the size of a big hound entered the room the first launch itself to scare him off like the other one did with Brandon, this time with a different result cause Ricks instincts took over and with a quick sweep of his powerful arm and mighty claws he ripped the head of the creature, the others panicked having nowhere to run till one of them threw itself trough a window at the side of the house the other 2 quickly follow running away.
Rick just stood there stareing at the one he had just killed trying to control himself but it was to late the smell and feel of blood in his claw had awakened something primal in him, he was salivating and showing his fangs unable to see the corps as anything but freshly cough prey he launched himself in all 4 and started ripping it apart with his powerful jaws.
by that time Brandon had already walked upstairs he wanted to ask what was he doing but the smell of blood and the the sight of his step father devouring the flesh with gusto quickly answer as the same instinct awoke within him, he threw himself in all 4 and attempted to take a bite but was quickly stopped by Ricks growling at him displaying his fang and tucking his hear backwards, Brandon instinctively reacted by crouching down and tugging his tail between his legs, now that he had asserted himself as the alpha The older werewolf return to his prey aand allowed the younger one to share a piece.
Once both were sated their cognition seemingly returned to normal even their language skill returned a little though their voices were still grave and raspy "hurrg dad, what did we just did"

-Yeah guess they are wolf rats now

-well I was so more then likely yes, I guess we should go and Hunt them down before they spread it

"well it is already dark outside and honestly this bodies are our better chance to hunt them" said Rick flexing his huge and define bicep while showing off his still bloody claws
"I guess you are rright but we have another issue" said Brandon looking at the wall clock "mom would be here any minute now"
