Greg dragged Jacob to the aisle meant for three year olds. He went down the aisle reading out their options for transformation
“Alright we got lotion, pills, baby milk in three different flavors,” he picked up what seemed like melatonin gummies, but it looked like it was designed for little kids, “This would be perfect to take if we do it tonight!”
Greg continued going down the aisle seeing different things ranging from medical supplements to shower products.
“Let’s just get the pills! They’re easy to take and hide too.” Jacob insisted. He handed Greg a bottle of pills. His face showed embarrassment, and Greg could see it.
“Alright, who’ll pay?” Greg asked.
“I will if it means we leave faster!” Jacob said.
The two walked over to the cash register and placed the pills on the counter.
“Will this be all? We offer diapers and clothes that change with your bodies.” The man said.
“No thanks! I’ll just buy the pills!” Jacob said. The guy showed him the amount on the register and he paid in cash. Jacob grabbed the pills, the receipt, and Greg and left the store as quick as possible.
Jacob dragged Greg straight to the mall’s exist and to his car. They put their normal items that they had bought into the trunk while Jacob kept the pills on him.
As they got in the car, he tossed the pills to Greg and drove home. While they drove home, Jacob was actually beginning to feel nervous the closer they got to his house.
“Hey look! It says here that these pills give us three whole days to be toddlers. We can even take the pill again before we change back and it’ll add three more days to what we currently have.”
“So what? Three days of saying ‘goo goo gaa gaa’ to your mom and dad? Is there any way to shorten the time?”
“It says that for you to shorten it, you either have to spit it out or let it pass through you. But it says that the only recommended way for that is to eat a lot of prunes. Just from that I recommend that you learn to puke as a baby and be ready to grow back.”
Jacob arrive at his house and parked the car in the driveway next to his parents car. He and Greg brought only Jacob’s stuff from the mall inside and placed it in his room.
Jacob was a fan of comic books, anime, and video games. Greg liked it too, but Jacob loved collected figure of characters from it. Inside his room were shelves of figurines all ranging from different games. He added more boxes to his collection since they were clear plastic on the front and sides.
“Jacob honey, we are leaving now!” Jacob’s mom yelled.
The two boys rushed downstairs to see Jacob’s parents carrying bags and suitcases.
“Another business trip?” Jacob asked.
“You knew about this one! Your mother and I are meeting with some very important colleagues that work overseas. We’ll be gone for a week or two, so be nice to the Andersons ok!” His dad said.
“Bye sweetie! By Greg!” His mother kissed both of them on the forehead and left the house.
“Greg, make sure my son doesn’t get into trouble!” His dad asked.
“I’ll make sure he won’t sir!” Greg replied. Jacob gave his dad a goodbye hug and he left the house. Jacob and Greg watched their car back out of the driveway and leave the neighborhood.
“So what do you wanna do now? We don’t have to be at my house till dinner!” Greg said.
“I’ll go pack up. Then we can go after that!” Jacob said.
Greg agreed and followed Jacob upstairs to his room again. He got out a suitcase and started packing a week’s worth of clothes. Pajamas, inside clothes, outside clothes, and nice clothes in case they planned to go somewhere nice.
Greg teased Jacob about his “tighty-whities” that were 90% of his underwear. He owned boxer briefs, but he just preferred underwear compared to them.
When he finished packing, Jacob took his suitcase and put it in the trunk. Then he made sure he had everything he needed, and he locked the house. The two got in the car and headed to Greg’s house where they’ll be staying for the rest of the week.
