So a few quick things I figured out fast. Eating ice and drinking cold water ended up with me growing a bit. So thankfully I wasn't going to be some tiny ice fairy for the rest of my life. While I was awake I could also stand room temperature, but too much warmer and I'd start to melt and when I went to sleep I'd start to melt at room temperature... So I'd need to stay a rather small size. Also a few other weird details about my body was that it wasn't anatomically correct, but my snow-like body still moved and jiggled as if it were made of flesh. Not that it made me that happy since I didn't have any doll clothes or anything to cover my implied modesty.
It took a few days for my fridge bed to come in so I was stuck at tiny doll size for awhile, but once it came in I could finally stuff my face with ice and cold water to start getting to my normal size... I was till stuck inside for most of the fucking summer, but I could interact with the house like a normal human being!... just ignore that I couldn't make body contact for too long, and I couldn't cook most foods... and my body didn't really eat either... However I could wear clothes and watch TV, and use my computer and smartphone again. I could pretend to be human at little at least, but apparently my presence made things cooler and I could only really do work at night when things cooled down. So I ended up turning into a nightowl so I could do some work... which brings me to my latest discovery of my anatomy. When I was working on an engine a late night co-worker had accidentally bumped into the car and the hood fell on my head and... Well turns out when you technically don't breathe or have a brain you can be decapitated without much consequence... If you ignore the pain of having your head cut off along with a lot of your senses removed. Also thankfully my coworker was able to bring me to a water cooler so I could get enough cold water to regrow my head which I could apparently do.
The poor tired coworker was a little traumatized, but then again I didn't care because he could've killed me... Well I guess he couldn't have killed me but he did decapitate me! Out of curiosity I tried pulling off my left hand, and the magical nerves and survival instincts told me not to. So in general I can't just remove parts of my body despite the fact that they can be somewhat easily removed and grown back.
Over the days people had gotten more used to monsters like me and the elven half breeds... Some people saw us as a lesser species, others saw us as more godly species, and then others just flat out discriminated against us positively or negatively. All I knew was that winter was coming and with it snow. I smiled looking up at the cloudy skies just can't wait for the temperature to drop all day long.
