"Well, I think it's kind of silly myself," Jamil said, "but Professor Martinez said you could also try the experience from another perspective."
"How's so?" Dakota asked.
"He said that he wanted his students fully immersed into their chosen cultures. And this course has the option for male students to experience life as a Muslim woman."
"Wow really? Tell me more."
"You'll be transformed into a woman, then we'll make you a perfect Muslimah."
"That sounds pretty cool."
"There's more. Professor Martinez is offering a reward to anyone who will try being a Muslimah."
"What kind of reward?" asked Dakota.
"The recipient will get extra points on the project and will likely earn his favor."
"Can you go back to being a man if you don't like it?"
"Of course. We want you to have a fun and fulfilling experience."
"Hmmmm. I'm still not sure."
"Think it over for a minute."
Dakota thought for a few minutes. He even called his brother Drake. Drake suggested to just try it for a while, and to pull out if he didn't like it. Dakota went back to Jamil five minutes later.
"I've decided."
"What are you choosing?"
"I"ll....I'll be a woman."
"That's great! And you're in luck. My sister Amina is willing to help you too."
"I'd like that. So when do we start."
"Follow me."
Jamil took Dakota to another room, and gave him a cup of tea.
"This tea has magic that will transform you. There's just one more thing."
"What might that be?" Dakota asked.
"What race do you want to be?"
"What do you mean?"
"We Muslims aren't all from the Middle-East. We come from many different peoples. Which race of Muslim do you want to be?"
