You couldn't help but stare. Right in the doorway stood two anthro rabbits. One white furred male rabbit, one pink furred female rabbit. No clothes, all fur. This... this was... This was normal. This isn't exactly something to be scared or nervous about, aside from the fact that this was your first time meeting them in person. They seemed rather friendly enough as it was. They looked adorable, though you couldn't mention it to them without embarrassment on both sides. One of their ears flopped down as you looked on at them, noticing their feet. They had long, long feet, almost nearly touching your shoes. You notice how curvaceous the female rabbit was, as she swung her tail around enough for you to see for a brief moment. The male rabbit was surprisingly buff for a rabbit like him, who was around the same age as your mother. Enough muscle to show off privately to people, but enough to be modest about his body shape. Their buck teeth was incredibly cute, as was their button noses. You honestly wonder if they lisped their words with how much their teeth stood out.
The pink rabbit looked slightly curious during your silence. Curiosity turned to concern and then slight worry as the silence kept going for seconds longer.
"Umm... are you alright?" The pink rabbit asked.
You shook your head slightly, focusing your attention in replying to your neighbors. "Oh, sorry, must of... must of dazed off there. Hi, you must be our new neighbors".
They both smiled as the male rabbit replied. "That's us. I'm John, and this is my wife, Bonnie. I'm so sorry that we didn't meet up earlier. We've been so busy with moving in that we've left our greetings to the last minute. Oh, where are my manners? We haven't even asked your name".
You smile at their hospitality. "Oh, I'm Jay. Pleased to meet you finally. If you would like, my family isn't opposed to having guests around for dinner. We have some spare seats and plenty enough to eat. Would you care to join us?"
