While Jess watches her mom leave for work, making sure she is actually gone, Her gaze turns around, locking onto Jeff. "Hello, Jeff. Yes, I know that's you. I heard your pleas for help. Although I will help you... not in the way you may expect..." After finishing her sentence, a devillish smirk grows across Jess's face. "...However, I can't do it quite yet."
Hearing his sister's words, Jeff was given a bit of hope. However, he had to be sure this help is in his favor; His sister's wording had somewhat frightened him, as if they were more of a threat than an offer. "How exactly will you help me? I mean, it's not like you can turn me back directly... can you?"
Hearing his question, Jess once again has a devillish smirk. "You are right, I can't turn you back directly... I Can, however, guarantee that you will enjoy this 'Help'." Upon hearing her tone on the word Help, Jeff only grew more concerned. "It will take a while for me to be able to do this, though, so be prepared... It may also be better to pass some time through other means."
Jeff, obviously curious about what she means, asks "What do you mean 'Other means'?" Rather than answering, Jess just picks up Nina and brings her all the way over to her closet. Once there, she dresses Nina onesie, attempting to choose one with a transparent lower half so as to not block Jeff's view.
After getting Nina dressed, Jess walked over to her stroller, placing Nina inside while packing a few extra supplies while out. Jeff now realized, she planned to head out into town to pass the time.

Jeff had no idea why it would take 3 hours for Jess's plan to start. He couldn't even ask her, as there was a onesie in his face, and she'd seem crazy talking to a diaper. However, Jeff is able to watch as she starts heading home.

Once home, Nina is set onto the ground by Jess. Jess quickly takes the onesie off of Nina, before walking off to do something real quick. Jeff doesn't know Jess's plan, however he hopes it's better than this..
