Chad's eyes widened a bit when he heard Karen speak of not taking it off. His hand went down to the belt, and he gave it a tug but to no avail. The device was latched on, and strong as he was, he was definately NOT going to be able to tear through the steel.
"That device does more than just keep you locked up. I can do a few other things..." she said with an evil grin. "What's that supposed to-" Chad began and advanced upon her. "Stop right there" Karen ordered, and from her pockets she drew a remote. "Stop, or I'll demonstrate how cruel I can be" she said, with a threatening tone. "What could you do with that thing?!"
