Jack instinctually wrapped his big skunk tail around himself to cover up, blushing brightly through his fur. “Hey, what’s the big idea, you dumb girl!” he sputtered as he grabbed furiously at Marianne to try to get his trunks back, but the otter girl was too at home in the water to be caught by some stinky skunk boy.
“Serves you right, stinky!” she taunted, waving his trunks up in the air. “I saw you going to pull down Sean’s trunks, so you deserve it!”
Sean heard that and glared at Jack, who just shrugged at his friend. “Aww, who cares? We’re all boys here, right?” Jack asked, forgetting that until only a few hours earlier him and Sean were both girls.
This didn’t make Sean feel any better at all, and he responded by using his big squirrel tail to send a big wave of water into Jack, knocking him over in the water and leaving his fuzzy naked butt sticking straight up in the water. The other critter kids stopped to laugh at him as he quickly covered himself up with his tail again while glaring angrily at Marianne.
“Keep callin’ me ‘stinky’ and I’ll make you regret it!” Jack said petulantly, the tip of his tail twitching angrily as his skunk instincts kicked in and got ready to spray.
Marianne, however, continued to taunt Jack until it was almost too late… Suddenly, the teenage camp councilors returned from making out in the woods and noticed the situation out on the lake. “Hey! No fighting, you kids!” shouted one of the councilors, an owl. Marianne blushed at getting in trouble, feeling even more like a little kid as she got shouted at by the ‘older’ councilor, even though deep down she knew that she had been a fully-grown woman before… No, she had been a boy, goshdarn it!
She passed Jack back his trucks, which he quickly put back on while glaring at Marianne. “You got lucky…” he muttered as he tucked his twitchy skunk tail into the hole at the back of the trunks as if he had been doing it his whole life.
As Jack swam off toward shore with Sean to begin the long process of drying off their fur, Rick doggy-paddled over to Marianne said, “That was really funny, actually… He didn’t expect it at all!” Rick giggled like a nervous boy, showing off his cute little raccoon fangs and making Marianne’s heart flutter a little more. “Umm… Talk to you later!” he said, blushing furiously and swimming off to rejoin the other two boys on the shore and leaving a blushing, lovestruck Marianne treading water in the lake, wondering what was going on to make all of this seem so... normal?
