Rob couldn’t help but admire himself in the mirror a little longer, sticking out his pert little butt and pouting a little bit in the mirror before realizing what a strange thing that was to do, especially in a situation like this! He spotted a camp counselor’s uniform hanging on by the door ('No, it’s YOUR uniform, Allie,' a little voice in the back of Rob’s head whispered), and he felt compelled to put it on, pulling the polo shirt with the Camp CritterCreek logo across the front and pulling the skirt on over her panties, letting her fluffy cougar tail gently lift up the back of her skirt.
“…Kyle!” Rob thought to herself suddenly, then she ran over to her younger brother’s room to see what had happened to him. The moment she entered, she saw that his bed was empty, and her new cougar instincts identified a musky, adult, and distinctly male smell hanging over the room. An empty clothes hangar was lying on the floor, so she surmised that he had dressed for the day and left…
“Damn it, what the hell is he thinking!? Think, Allie, think...” Allie muttered to herself as she smoothed out her skirt. “I suppose he’d already off to help out the kids for the morning. And I’m on playground duty, so I won’t see him until lunchtime… Wait, what?”
Allie (No, Rob!) clutched her head and tried to sort out which thoughts were Rob’s and which were Allie’s. It was so exhausting, she knew she needed some help or she’s never get anything done figuring this out. Her first thought was to ask her mom and dad about this, so she peeked in on the other bedrooms, but found them completely empty, with no sign of her parent’s bags anywhere.
“Well, of course they are. Why would the kids be sleeping in a counselor’s cabin?” she asked herself, not even noticing how important a detail that was for her situation. With that option gone, Allie knew she should find Jake, the boy her age she had met the night before… At least, she hoped she could find him. If he had transformed like she had, he could be any age, gender, and species she could imagine, making tracking down Jake, Kyle, and her parents pretty tricky.
