Several more hours of boring learning later and it was finally time for Jen to go home! She was so happy that school was over that her tail was wagging rapidly with overwhelming joy and excitement!
As she rode the bus home, she couldn’t help but stick her head out the window and let her tongue hang out of her mouth as she panted contentedly, watching many cars zoom past her, the cool breeze hitting her in the face. It was simply breathtaking and she could not contain her happy and carefree mood!
As the bus came to a stop at her house, she thanked the bus driver with a lick on the cheek from her sloppy and wet tongue. He wanted to say something, but he somehow took Jen’s strange behavior like it was perfectly normal and drove off.
Jen trotted up the driveway on all fours, the tag from her collar jingling with each and every step she took. Once she reached the front porch, she entered through the flap of the doggy door that she never knew her parents had secretly installed while she was at school for the day.
The parents saw their beloved daughter down on all fours where she belonged, as if everything was as it should be: Jen being the dog and her parents being her rightful owners.
They scratched her gently behind her ears as she leaned into the touch from her parents, giving them both a sloppy wet kiss as their reward for being such good owners for her, her parents telling her what a good girl she has been, making Jen feel so much pleasure wash over her entire body! Just hearing the words “good girl” made her tingle all over! This was how it should have always been in the first place and she couldn’t have imagined it being any other way!
