The shrinking continued for Eric. Smaller than three feet, than smaller than two. That was when his khakis finally had dropped down, together with his boxers. It got slower after he got smaller than one foot, but only ended when Eric was around a third of a foot, so around four inches tall. His shirt had dropped around his now to small shoulders, leaving him naked. That all had happened in only around a minute from him reaching the room where “Ryan” was standing, now towering over him, and he still got no answer.
John noticed the shrinking had stopped, and knelt down before the small Eric. But instead of speaking, he grabbed Eric around his middle with his left hand before standing back up, grinning wide at him. “Look how far our big Eric had gone down in size, Ryan. He´s the right size for you to play with him.” John said as he turned to the bed with the young Ryan on it. The fast movement, at least to Eric, made him a bit sick, and he didn´t register what John had said after calling the kid Ryan. But wasn´t that guy called Ryan himself?
Ryan was still quivering inside the sweatshirt Eric had put on him before. He looked at the now toy-sized Eric in John´s left hand in anguish. Whatever happened here, Eric was now as helpless as he was, if not more. "Pwease John, why do you do tha to Ewic?” he asked fearfully.
“You know, I still have no idea how I did that, little brother. Not that I´m not pleased to see another of you being helpless. Here, you can play with your friend.” John said, again sounding evil. He then dropped Eric in front of Ryan, but about two feet above the bed.
Eric, shocked by John´s explanation, screamed in panic as he tumbled down onto the bed, even as he just bounced a bit in front of Ryan. When he finally stopped bouncing, he felt his heart was going to jump out of him. He needed a bit to calm, not that it helped seeing the once little guy in front of him now towering him. But also thinking of what John had said before. “R… Ryan?”
Ryan looked at him, again tears in his eyes. "Ewic, I´m sowwy." And then he again bawled his eyes out. He hated being this small and helpless, and now Eric was in a similar position.
John laughed above them. “Look how pathetic you are now, Ryan. You bawl just like a baby. Maybe you´re not just my little brother now, but my baby brother?” And then John laughed even more.
Eric still wasn´t understanding anything. Why was he now that small? What had happened to Ryan? Why did he act like this? And who was the big guy who laughed so evil? But a bit of thinking got him at least the last question answered. In a small, high voice he asked, turning towards the giant: “John…Johnny?”
John grinned at him now. “Oh, not as dumb as I thought, huh? But it´s only John now, I´m not some little kid anymore, like little RyRy here.” And there he laughed again.
Meanwhile Ryan was still crying, and so he failed to notice how he again got younger and smaller. Soon he was nearly drowned by Eric´s sweatshirt, as he reached the age of a baby, maybe six months old. When he finally noticed, he cried even more. He wasn´t able to speak anymore, as he noticed between the tears and his screaming.
Eric, still in a bit of shock, had seen Ryan grow younger and vanish in the sweatshirt, and slowly moved towards him. They would need to work together, that was safe to say. When he reached his sweatshirt with Ryan inside, he stopped. How to get Ryan´s attention? He called a few times “Ryan”, but Ryan didn´t react, still crying.
John looked at his crying, hidden brother and the toy-sized Eric grinning. By now he had a good idea what happened, at least after he found the younger Ryan. Somehow, he could change others, just as Ryan had become first a small child, and now a baby. “It is just as I said and thought about them. I wanted Eric to be smaller, and he shrunk. And Ryan I called a baby, and now he is one, at least in body.” His grin got even wider as he thought about Sei and Mike. They would also change like he wanted them to, but he wasn´t sure if they needed to be here to start changing. But he thought he could try for them to change, if nothing happened, he could wait for them to come here.
