Mainly, but not necessarily limited to, their milk production, digestive system, ears, tail, horns, and mooing occasionally. You will never become fully transformed into a cow though. And will stay around 50% human or so once everything that will be, is transformed. No one will find this odd though, besides the 2 of us, and anyone I want to allow in on the fun later on. Oh, and just to be clear, by cow I mean dairy/breeding cow, not a cow for slaughter. You only humiliated me, and while it was both awful and cruel, butchering you is way to extreme for a retaliation. Hell, I will even be nice and say that besides for your breasts and hips when necessary, you can keep your slim figure as well, unless you really want to become a 500+ lbs woman. Let's say that in a month, as a benchmark, your breasts will finally be lactating enough to require a daily milking, and by 2 months, twice a day. This is the minimum by the way, you likely will be producing much more, but that is for the world to decide, although you will be kept within a reasonable rate. Cows make about 4 gallons of milk in a day, so lets make that your bare minimum quantity too."

Jen forgot everything that happened from the last few minutes and just went on to look for her sock some more, completely missing the bus too, if she was going to school that is. She had a different plan for today though. She was finally going to stop by the mall and get that nose ring piercing which she has always wanted.
