"Well now dear, I have to get home and put Maria down for her nap." Rosita happily mentioned.
"Shit, I gotta act fast." Kelly thought.
Taking the camera into her hands once more, Kelly braced herself as she lined up the camera and snapped a photo.
[FLASH]
Kelly clicked her teeth in annoyance, still not used to the changes that were happening due to the camera. She still felt the same, but, as she her vision came back to her, she thankfully realized she was still the "other" Kelly.
"Oooh... This is so not my day..." A woman's voice huffed, different from Rosita who was at one point right where she was.
"Uh... Marco...?" Kelly asked, as the woman turned to her, still gasping for air.
She had a similar skin tone, but she clutched her generously large stomach in a frilly pink dress she wore.
"Gosh, Kelly? I... Agh, what happened to me?" Marco groaned, still gaining his, or rather, her bearings and wiping her eyes.
"And what happened to Terry and my mom anyway...?" She continued.
Kelly looked around, and could not see anyone beyond Marco, and blinked.
"I don't... Really know, you were a little girl, your mom was carrying you, Terry was a dog getting carried away and I... I flashed the camera and took your picture." She said, holding the camera that had just altered to eject a polaroid. Within the photo was a happier Marco, smiling and holding her stomach proudly.
"You, are not going to like this." Kelly said, eyes wide like saucers. Marco eased her way towards her.
"Lemme see that," She said, taking the photo from Kelly's hand before gasping.
"No way, No, uh-uh, you mean I'm- And they're..." Marco grunted as she felt a kick in her stomach. She groaned, rubbing the engorged belly.
"I think I'm going to take that, as a yes Marco." Kelly sighed, waving her hand once again.
"Of course, leave it to Terry to drop the damn thing when I was perfectly better off being a huge muscle man." Marco seethed, turning away before rubbing the stomach slightly forcefully.
"You hear that, Terry! You should have just held the dang thing right! God this is so freaking weird Kelly, first I was normal, then I was a teacher, then I was a GUY teacher, now I'm pregnant, with my mom and my... friend." She continued.
Kelly looked at her friend with a tinge of regret, but she admitted, this mess was becoming far bigger than it needed to be.
"Well, there's only one thing to do," Kelly said.
"Oh yeah? What's that? We gonna wait 9 months or however long to get these two out of me?" Marco brushed her hair away and faced away from Kelly. This was just great, at least he had to deal with the awkwardness of being Mrs. Hudson's husband, now she HAD a husband assumedly, and was pregnant with the two people he didn't even think was going to be there.
Kelly sighed, before placing a gentle hand on Marco's shoulder.
"We can at least try and make it right." She noted.
"Oh, yeah, and what about you?" Marco could feel themself begin to tear up at the thought of Kelly being by- Wait, why was she crying to begin with? She was a high school senior! Well, high school mother now anyhow. This was just getting too complicated.
"It's fine, but we need to get you, Terry, and uh, your mom right. Hopefully if we do either your mom will just... Pop back home or wherever she was and we'll have you and Terry back here some way shape or form. You uh, ready, mom-to-be?" She pointed, pulling the camera closer to her in an act of good faith.
Marco sighed.
"Fine, let's just get this over with, maybe like, click some of those fancy buttons maybe it'll do something better this time."
Kelly nodded, looking at the doodads and switches and silently hoped that this change may have been better. She held her breath, and then...
