Joey pointed the chronivac at Jeff and said "Turn off the shower! I'm not done with you!" Jeff being held up at being turned into a baby/fetus did as Joey said. Taylor and him got dried, and they left Taylor outside their parent's room. Joey held the chronivac and all the power and he would decide how we would get his revenge on Jeff.
