The doubts you have matter, but the more you play with your rodent body out of curiosity and baser fascination the more the idea of wanting to stay like this consumes your thoughts. It doesn't help that the heady scent of the other rodent lingers in your room, it's musk of arousal blended with it. You start to imagine meeting with this rodent, confronting it. You have no idea what this animal will be like; you picture a mouse or rat wearing warlock garbs with a somewhat humanoid body like yours, a smirk or sly grin beckoning you forward by whatever natural or magical charm until you are in its grasp and has its way with you. Then again, the culprit could simply be a feral creature with little human intelligence, a simple rodent equally desiring to pair with a horny mate. No matter the vision the fantasy plays out the same, the two of you succumbing to carnal desires and embracing the other for warmth and bodily stimulation.
To be with another mouse or rat...to mate...to nest. That life won't be so bad. A simple, natural life...as a mouse.

You catch the scent of the rodent where the symbols were, and the trailing scents leading to the door and the closet. The closet door is partly open with enough room for you to slip behind and explore. The tall wall with the odd knob is now unreachable, but the gap under appears wider now for your small feral body to squeeze under.
Either way; all that matters to you now is seeking the rodent that drives your instincts wanting to find and mingle. Wanting to mate and breed, if not to simple nest and be content with this creature. A very quiet voice in the back of your rodent mind tries to reach you but you feel little compulsion to listen.
