The February Issue of Animalia Magazine was called February Foul-Ups because of some of the things that had happened recently that didn't really go as expected.

The "Cover Girl" was none other than 'Becka' in her new Animalian form, posing as a kind of Indian snake goddess. Her article wasn't what anyone expected it to be, since it mainly talked about plans, both recent and ancient, that really didn't go as planned, whether hilariously wrong or unexpectedly well. While there were some that weren't mentioned due to "sensitive" content, such as the Great Emu War or using cane toads to get rid of sugar cane pests, it did include the Animalia Virus since it was originally meant for something completely different. It also included some surprising cases that nobody really knew about or considered, such as an attempt by the Germans to disguise one of their warships as a British passenger ship, only to meet the real British passenger ship (which promptly sank them), or the election of the first female mayor who was only nominated because it was supposed to be a joke intended to humiliate women. Inevitably, this last one was attempted to be used by feminists to raise awareness for discrimination towards women, but said posts were called out by more "rational" minds for being discriminated against men, which in a way was also a plan that didn't go as expected.

Another article talked about new things that were coming to Animalia, mainly about the expansion of Dino City because of the newest 'immigrants' to Dino City. These new ones were members of the upper classes, and seemingly believed that they deserved a standard of living that was a bit higher than what was already there. While this, and their "entitled" behavior tended to rub almost every Dinotopian the wrong way, their hearts were in the right place and didn't mind working with architecture and interior designers to create "Stone-Age" themed mansions.
Another new thing that was starting was a new rock band. While technically it was an old band since it was Tyler's band mates, they had all undergone conversion to become Dinotopians. While Tyler Pug was still the band's only Amargasaurus, his bandmates had decided to become "matching" Dinotopians, with different subspecies being the overall theme, so his bass player was now a Carnotaurus and his drummer had become a Centrosaurus, while his synthesizer player, and lead guitarist still had some trouble deciding on their species, while they all agreed on calling their new band the "Punk-a-Sauruses". They did place an order for newer, larger instruments since their new hands would make playing their old instruments more likely to break, if not be nearly impossible to play.
Because of the notoriety of some famous rock stars wearing "costumes" that showed a bit more skin than other clothes, Tyler had decided to combine band practice with bodybuilding since their "gimmick" would be doing their performances in official IAC Bodybuilding Competition "posing thongs", since they would be doing a start-up concert for the 2021 IAC, which was far enough off to get ready for, but soon enough to be reasonably motivating to get ready for.

There was also an article that talked about both the history of colleges and the history of fraternity and sorority life. This was due to Lars' conversion apparently causing him to become a bit of a frat boy. It also talked about the evolution of the definition of the term "frat boy", especially during the 20th Century.
The article also included an interview by Miles with Lars that talked about his old fraternity, since some of his behaviors were causing him to be unofficially diagnosed as having RHS, even though nothing official had been announced, also because several of his old friends from college were planning to join Animalia. He did confirm that, while there were no "hazing rituals" akin to the kind seen in movies like Revenge of the Nerds or Animal House, that didn't mean it didn't happen at all, which seemed to, partly, explain his behavior.
