The creature finally came to a halt in the middle of an alley downtown. It gently deposited her next to an overflowing dumpster, then took off just as quickly as it had arrived. Marcia sat on the filthy ground for a moment, her mind reeling.
A bad smell that didn’t come from the dumpster jolted her from her state of shock. Panicked, she checked her diaper. She let out a sigh of relief. Her diaper was still wet, but it wasn’t messy. She must have just farted. Marcia got to her feet and cautiously toddled out of the alley.
To her relief, the alley she had been left in was right next to a baby and toddler supply store, closed for the night. In a further stroke of luck, some absentminded employee had forgotten to lock the door. Marcia pushed the door open and toddled inside.
As her gaze landed on a line of toddler training potties, she let out another fart. Quickly, she waddled to the closest potty, removed her clothes and diaper, and sat down. Just in time. Her bowels immediately emptied. It was worrying that her only warning had been a few farts. She hadn’t felt a need to go at all.
Once she had finished on the potty, Marcia got up. She left her old diaper and clothes where she had dropped them, heading further into the store in the search of more modern attire. Without much searching, she located what she needed. She happily taped on a disposable diaper and pulled on a soft, patterned onesie.
Much more comfortable now, Marcia decided to stock up. She would need supplies if she wanted to get back to the mansion. She grabbed a backpack, into which she stuffed the remaining diapers from the pack she’d opened, a few articles of clothing, some baby wipes, and snacks. After a moment’s consideration, she also took some cash from the register, just in case. By the time she finished preparing, the sun was beginning to rise.
Marcia quickly left the store and ducked back into the alley. Now, she just had to decide how she was going to get back to the mansion.
