Julie, her best friend rushed into the room.
"Jen, I'm glad I caught you, I missed the bus and ran all the way here. You'll be late too if you don't hurry!" Julie said exasperated.
Jennifer just looked to her friend and showed her the pen. Like a drone she repeated everything Kyle said. And as she finished, Julie was almost entranced by the implications.
"So what you're telling me, is that this weirdo gave you a marker and then said anyone can draw on your body and make changes?"
Jennifer nodded. "I guess? My mind is clouded but that's what the creep said."
Immediately Julie took the marker, and Jen obliged. "So, if I say... draw an extra finger on your hand, you'll get an extra finger?" With that, Julie grabbed Jen's hand and drew a very poorly drawn extra digit in between her middle and ring fingers. A brief second later, her hand began to change, and a finger grew out into the open space. "No WAY!" Julie exclaimed.
"Great, thanks Julie, now I'm a... I'm a..." Jennifer couldn't seem to find the words. Like she was okay with the situation even though she certainly was not!
"You're a freak, that's what," Julie said. "But you know what? I bet I could do better." Suddenly she pushed Jen onto her back down on her bed, and started drawing an intricate design on her neck. Julie was a very good artist, and as the marker left each part of the skin, dark lines began to appear. Jen, for all she was worth, could do nothing to stop her, and within fifteen minutes, a large floral tattoo spread across her neck and just onto her shoulders and above her cleavage.
Just then Jen retaliated, pushing Julie to the ground and snatching the marker from her hand.
