“I don’t care, both I guess?”
“Wait, really?” Kyle replied, “Well in that case I should probably adjust the terms of the curse! Just give me a second to... write a couple things down... there we go! Now, in my hand I have a packet of papers. For your transformation and your dare you will comply with the terms of the paper. First, put your phone on speaker.”
“I... guess I ain’t got a choice,” Jennifer sighed as she did just that, “Alright it’s on speaker.”
“Excellent!” Kyle exclaimed, “Now just sit back and watch as I explain what is going to happen to you. You’re going to transform into a specialized monster I call a “Stallmutt” which is a cute combination of horse and wolf with a shred or two of humanity. You’re going to be covered all over with wolf like fur, and have the body shape of a horse. You’ll have the ears, teeth, and front legs of a wolf, but the nose, back legs, and tail of a horse. You will have the diet of a human, as well as most of the intelligence. Your instincts will be much more doglike, and you’ll lose the ability to talk, but you can still read and write and understand math. Your phone will turn into a bracelet that is attached to your left arm, and your front paws will be about as dexterous as your hands. As a treat you’ll be able to use lightning magic too, so enjoy that. As another treat, your boobs will remain on your chest, and your vagina will be human-like. You can breed with humans just fine and no one will find it weird.
“In fact as part of your transformation, no one will think it’s weird. Oh they’ll acknowledge it, but they’ll get used to it quickly, and they won’t treat you too differently, aside from also treating you as if you were a well trained dog. However, your memory once our conversation is over will become foggy and vague. You’ll remember emotions associated with things, but stuff like names and how you know people will be a blur. You’re going to have to relearn certain things from here onwards. I’ll leave you to figure the rest out yourself.
“So now that I’m done, how do you feel?”
Jennifer got a look at herself. She had just transformed into exactly what Kyle had described, right down to the phone bracelet around her arm. She’d transformed into a stallmutt... whatever that was.
“Eerr urrr... rar?!” Jennifer tried to answer but found that she could only growl or bark. She was suddenly angry at the voice coming from her phone for a reason she was having trouble remembering. “Grrr! BARK! ARR ARR ARR! Grrrrrrrrr! BARK!”
“Aww, is the puppy mad at me?” the voice taunted, “Well I’ll just hang up now. Have fun being cursed, Jennifer! See you at school!” With that, he hung up and the phone turned off.
Jennifer whimpered. She wasn’t a human girl anymore, but whatever this strange creature she’d become was! She couldn’t remember why, either, and it was scaring her. Suddenly, she heard her door opening.
Not that she remembered who it was, but in walked...
