ty decided to make Dustin 13 again but he didn't want Dustin to cause anyone harm again so he made a few changes
first: he decided to make Dustin look like Dustin did at 6 year old
second: he decided to make Dustin have the hand eye coordination Dustin had at 4 year old
third: he gave him the physically as strong of his 5 year old self
forth: he increased Dustin's IQ to 160
fifth: he made it so from now on Dustin would have a lisp similar to a toddlers.
sixth: he added an override for Dustin's safety in the case that Dustin is in danger of death and/or permanent harm within the next hour that his physical changes will reverse until the danger has passed
