"Listen up Cadets." The Officer stated, beginning his morning briefing. "We are currently in the process of enacting major changes. Starting tomorrow, I will no longer be stationed at this facility full time. My skills and services are needed on an important case in an out-of-state jurisdiction. This is a very high profile and ongoing investigation; in all likelihood it will take years to complete. That being the case, I will be needing to delegate my authority and responsibilities before I leave. You Cadets have matured by leaps and bounds over the past few months. I'm not sure there's anything you have left to learn from an old officer like me... But up to this point you've been focused on your own betterment. Your own growth and achievement... That part of your life is coming to an end. It's time to turn your focus to others. Nurture them as I have Nurtured you. In all honesty, you're not ready. Nobody ever is. But we have a new Jr. recruit this morning. His name is Jr. Cadet Walker. As a Junior Cadet He is privileged with an extra hour of sleep every morning, so we won't be able to great him until 05:00, but that Cadet will be counting on the three of you to pull together as mentors. I'm leaving it to you three to establish the rules, schedules, punishments, and all other aspects of operations at this camp from here on out. It is sure to be more difficult than any task you have undertaken so far. To aid you in your duties you'll be needing this."
The Officer pulled the rainbow colored stone from his pocket and gestured it towards the three cadets. Each of their dog tags glowed for an instant, leaving the dog tags slightly tinted, gleaming almost imperceptibly with the same rainbow pattern as the marvelous stone.
"By your combined and unanimous will, you now have access to the full power of the stone. If you all agree upon wielding it, whatever you desire to change shall be made so. Everything else you need to know about your new abilities will be made known to you as you use them."
"I'll miss you boys; it's been an honor serving you."
