Jeff was a young man of particular tastes. He found the human form to be boring. Every human to ever exist only had 2 arms, 2 legs, and 1 head. Jeff found the monotone mundanity of the human form to be unpalatably bland. Now, Jeff had the power to change all of humankind to his whim. He got to typing.
Jeff typed; "The male body type will now longer exist. Instead, all males will have the bodies of females. 40% of the male population will retain their original penis and half of this group will have a vagina somewhere on their bodies. Conversely, 20% in the female population will have a penis somewhere on their bodies.
The minimum size of a fully-developed breast is a C-cup. The largest, breast size possible is that of a compact car. Regardless of size, breasts will always be perky and firm, and yet almost weightless from the perspective of the person they are attached to.
The minimum number of breasts one person has is three. There is no upper limit to the amount of breasts one person can have. Although, the worldwide average number of breasts is 5.133.
Everyone on Earth has additional limbs. Everyone has at least 1 extra leg, 1 extra arm, 1 extra head, or has tentacles of some description. As long as one of the above conditions are met, it is possible for an individual to have their legs, arms, and/or head seamlessness removed. Also, it is possible for an individual to have additional fingers, toes, hand, feet, mouths, eyes, faces, nipples, torsos, penises, vaginas, buttocks, or assholes.

The average penis length is 50 centimeters. The maximum penis length is the 3 meters and maximum girth is 30 centimeters. Every vagina, mouth, and asshole is capable of stretching to fit an insertion of 3 meters.
Some people have animal-like characteristics. Such as; having their lower body replaced with a fleshy, serpent-like or slug-like tail; or having the ears replace with cat, dog, rabbit, or horse ears; a spider-like abdomen; horns growing out of the head; slug-like eyes; fairy-like, insect wings capable of flight; hooves instead of feet; or having a cow's udder.
All body hair appart from eyelashes, eyebrows, and head-hair does not exist. Hair exists naturally with all kinds of colors; from blonde and red, to purple and pink. The same is true of eye-color.
Society's structure remains mostly unchanged from the current structure. Puclic nudity and partial nudity are common and excepted practices. The human body in more resilient in hot, cold, and radioactive environments and is much more resistant to scarring.

Jeff read his changes over and over. He checked for mistakes and details he could refine. After 2 hours of review, Jeff was ready. He changed the settings so that only he would be aware of the changes. Jeff held his breath and pressed enter.
A pop-up appeared on his computer screen. It read "Processing changes. Please wait." followed by a spinning graphic. Jeff waited with baited breath. He wondered what kind of body he would end up with. After what felt an eternity of waiting, the processing messages was replaced by a green checkmark. Then, Jeff blacked out.
