Diana sits there, waiting for a moment. "I'm not sure where you should be kept... Hold on, wait. I know..." Diana grabs Jeff, shoving her in her diaper quickly.
Jeff isn't sure what's going on. All he knows is that Diana is moving quickly, and that he's being tossed around in the tight space. He ended up stuck in her vagina for a moment, before falling back out.

Diana ran, ending at her parents' bedroom. Quietly, she snuck in, careful not to make a sound.
Sneaking over to a closet, she found several objects, although she didn't know what they were for. She knew what her target looked like, however.
She found a belt, with a strange metal cage on the front. "There it is." Carefully, she closed the door to the closet. She stood for a moment, looking at it.
While she didn't know the intended purpose, she knew what she would use it for. She noticed a key slot, with the key already inside.
She then snuck back out, before heading to Megan's room. Megan was already asleep, so it'd be the perfect time.
Sneaking over to Megan's bed, Diana pulled her clothes down. She had already seen Megan naked countless times. Then she took out the belt. "Alright, let's do this."
She noticed it could be adjusted. However, putting it up on Diana, it already fit, with the piece of metal on the bottom not letting it go too high. It fit perfectly on her, in fact.
Pulling it back down, she reached into her own diaper, and grabbed Jeff out. She placed him into the cage, before pulling the belt back up. The cage was dangling out, and the piece on the bottom refused to let it past Megan's vaginal region.
"There you go, Jeff!" Before leaving, she stuck her finger into the cage, pushing Jeff down against Megan's vagina, who then twitched in her sleep.
Diana pulled Megan's diaper back up, alongside her shorts. The cage poked out, pressing against the side of her shorts, but otherwise wasn't noticeable.
Walking out of the room, she left Jeff alone with Megan...

He was trapped. There wasn't very far he could go from Megan's vagina. Diana had pushed him down, to where he was stuck laying against it, barely stopped from falling in.
"Why, Diana..." Jeff sat there for a moment.
