“Well I don’t know... it’s not like I’ve got anything on my mind in particular so-” Clyde starts, but is quickly interrupted,
“Well then I guess nothing’ll happen then, right?” Alaska said, winking at him. He is dead quiet.
She opens her mouth, and on her tongue, wrapped perfectly in the traditional fashion. One piece of candy.
She pick it up, not touching her tongue in the process. She grabbed each end of the wrapper and twisted, revealing the once again, rainbow candy on the inside. She picked it up with her left hand and extended it out. Clyde hesitantly lifted his hand.
“Nope,” Alaska said, causing Clyde’s hand to stutter, “open up,” she smiled,
Clydes eyes went wide. He shakily opened his mouth. This was one of the weirdest things he’d allowed anyone to do. He had serious boundaries usually, but for some reason he just followed what she did. He suspected it was something to do with her being some sort of authority. He hadn’t even thought about the fact that it had just come from her mouth.
She placed the candy into his mouth.
Almost immediately he felt the flavour.
It was indescribable. It didn’t taste like anything he could put into words, it felt like an emotion, a lifestyle.
The candy itself was chewy, not hard. He managed to chew it and swallow it in under a minute.
Although it tasted incredible, he didn’t crave more. It was like he was contempt with it. It was all very strange to him.
“So...” Alaska said, “what’d you think?” She said, smiling with glee,
“T-that was... how did...” he couldn’t get into words what he thought, “thank you, Miss Blair, I guess I really see what Juliet meant,”
“Of course you do, and you ain’t even felt the main attraction,” she said, still smiling that exact same smile.
“What do you-” Clyde felt something. Something was off, “Miss Blair is-” he felt it again, it kept catching him off guard. Clyde didn’t know what it could be. Maybe the candy had had some kind of I’ll effect on-
That’s when Clyde realised what was really happening.
