"Nice to meet you Max. Are you a friend of Krista's from university?"
Max began to reply "Um... Yes a friend..." But was interrupted by Krista.
"No Mum. This is Max. My boyfriend"
"No Krista!" said a very alarmed Max.
"Krista! It May be April fools but that is not Max!"
"It is Mum. And it's not an April fools. It's why we need your help"
"How? Why? This Max is clearly a woman. Are you telling me that Max is a woman who has been masquerading as a man?"
"No Krista!" bemoaned Max
"She needs to know Max. Mum is the smartest person I know. She'll figure out what happened to you"
"Is that really you Max? Is this some sort of fancy disguise? It's very good" Shirley reached out and pinched Max's breasts. "They sure feel real"
"Ouch. They are real. I don't know what happened. Well I do. I have somehow turned into a woman. But I don't know why it happened"
"This has to be a April fools joke. Who are you really?"
"I'm Max" Max had given up trying to pretend she was someone else.
"She is Max. I wouldn't have believed it myself except I witnessed her changing" affirmed Krista
"But the dress? The make-up?"
"I did that. It's the dress Mandy wore to the wedding last weekend. I had picked it up from the dry cleaners on the way over to Max's. It's the only clothes that would fit her new form. And I'm responsible for the makeup as well. Max didn't want to wear any but I insisted"
"But how? Max was a man wasn't he?"
"Yes I was completely male until a couple of hours ago. And I have no idea why I changed"
"That's what we need your help for. To figure this out" added Krista
"Well there is a resemblance. You do look like Max, You could easily be Max's sister"
"I think she has turned into a female version of her old self. Her hair and skin tone are the same colour and she has the old Max's eyes" said Krista
"Is your mother so well endowed?" asked Shirley
Max found herself blushing. "Not that I ever noticed. She's not small but these seem massive. It's hard to see past them"
"There is no sag at all" added Krista. "But we will need to find Max a bra. They bounce all over the place when Max walks. If she goes out in public she will get a lot of attention"
"I'm not planning to go out in public" Max was reminded of the stares she had got as she left her own apartment building
"If we can't figure out how to change you back then eventually you will have to" said Krista
"I'm still not sure that I am not being April fooled. Are you really Max's sister?"
"I wish it was a joke but unfortunately it's not. I am Max"
"And your completely female? I mean down below?" asked Shirley
"Yes my dick and balls have gone. I appear to be completely female" Max reluctantly admitted
"I know how to prove it. Max lift your skirt and show Mum you legs" said Krista
Puzzled Max did as commanded
"Would a real girl not shave her legs at all?" said Krista pointing at Max's legs "And I dare say her armpits will be gross. Lift them up Max"
Again Max did as commanded
Shirley suddenly had a disgusted look on her face "Enough! I'm convinced" Max looked at her armpits. Sure enough they were as hairy as ever.
"So it is you Max!" continued Shirley. "And you have no idea how this happened?"
"No idea. I checked my reflection about 10 minutes before Krista arrived. I was completely myself then"
"When I first showed up I noticed Max had longer hair but didn't think anything else was out of the ordinary. However when we began to serve dinner that was when Max's changes became obvious"
"How long after you arrived was that?"
"Maybe 10 to 15 minutes. And then 10 minutes later Max was looking like she is now"
"So maybe about 30 minutes from start to finish?"
"Something like that"
"Okay that's something to start with. How about you show Max how to shave her legs and arm pits. I'll see what I can find on the internet"
