Shirley continued to read the story about 'Cursed lingerie' while Krista returned to the bathroom.
Krista knocked on the bathroom door. It was locked "Max, are you decent?"
"Not exactly" That was an understatement. Max was naked and fingering herself in front of the mirror. She hadn't even started the shower, let alone begun shaving. "Can it wait?" Max turned the shower water on in a belated attempt to hide what she was doing.
"Mum thinks it might be something to do with the lingerie you bought me. She wants to go back to your apartment, find that box and look for clues. Where did you buy the lingerie from?"
"I ordered it online. Do you really think the lingerie did it to me?"
"Well Mum thinks it's the best bet. She thinks it might have changed your body so you fit it. Was there any writing on the box?"
"I can't remember. Maybe"
"Are you happy for me and Mum to go to your apartment and get that box? It shouldn't take long. We'll be back by the time you're finished. Like I said earlier, when you are out, find anything you like from my wardrobe"
"Sure. Bring back some of my male clothes. I forgot to bring any in the hurry to get here" Max just wanted Krista to stop pestering her so she could go back to exploring this body. The twenty minutes to and from Max's apartment would give her plenty of time.
Max had put her wallet and keys on the kitchen bench so Krista collected the keys and returned to Shirley "She's happy for us to visit the apartment. Let's go now and I'll bet she won't have left the bathroom by the time we're back"
"Okay. I'll just grab my bag"

12 minutes later the two women were inside Max's apartment. Krista took Shirley to Max's bedroom and sure enough the lingerie box was on the floor. Shirley carefully examined it. There was no mention of magical effects or any sort of instructions but the names of the manufacturer and the company that that had dispatched the garment to Max were listed.
"No real clues here" said Shirley "But lets take this home and check out these companies"
"Max wanted me to bring back some of her male clothes, just in case we can figure out how to change her back. I'll choose some"
While Krista was going through Max's wardrobe Shirley spotted the medallion lying on the floor. She picked it up. "Is this the medallion Max gave you? It looks interesting"
Krista turned around with her arms filled with some of Max's clothes "I'm not actually sure whether it was a present or not. He said he just found it by the road"
"It's probably worth investigating as well. It looks old. Let's take it back. Why don't you wear it?"
