After rummaging through the countless costumes one finely caught her attention. It was big and pink and had a similarly pink hooded unitard with it. After stepping back to admire it Jess recognized it a a starfish. This costume was going to be interesting to wear but that that kinda excited Jess.
She decided that the first order of business was to get into the unitard. She quickly removed her clothes and slipped into the smooth spandex of the unitard. Jess loved how smooth it and how it embraced and accentuated her body. That would not really matter though since she was about to don the massively padded starfish costume.
The costume was a bit taller than her and did not only had one hole for her face. It appeared to be mostly plush with purple sequin details. After flipping it on its face she discovered a small zipper that ran two feet up the back. After opening the zipper Jess was presented with the velour interior of the costume. it looked soft and inviting.
After some brief deliberation Jess figured that her best bet was to get her legs in first. She found the sections that were for her legs and slid into them. It felt a bit heavy as it compressed her legs with its plush mass but it felt good, like a warm hug. As Jess neared the bottom of the legs she found what felt like slippers. They were a bit rigged but fit okay. Jess figured that they must be in there to protect her feet.
With her legs in place she decided that her whole upper body would have to be next if she wanted to be able to make sure her face is properly position. This required a bit of yoga to maneuver her upper body into the opening of the costume but lucky she was flexible. With her head inside it was dark with a similar amount of pressure as what she felt on her legs. As she slowly maneuvered inside she soon saw the light and found the face hole. At the same time her hands had found the end of her arm points as denoted by the internal mittens that her hands occupied. After some adjustment and squirming she felt like she finally had it on correctly.
She maneuvered her ponderous form to face a large mirror in the corner of the room. At first she was put off by the large plush pink sea star that stared back at her but that feeling quickly disappeared as she realized how cute she actually looked. She smiled and blushed a bit as the reality if her situation fully set in.
After admiring herself for a minute she realized that she had not zipped it up yet and had no way to do so with her hands buried deep inside her new arms.
"How was she even going to carry plates with these", she thought to herself. Oh well that did not matter yet so she called out to her boss.
He returned and imminently complemented her on her choice.
"You look great and ready to hit the floor Jess" he said.
"Can I get some help with this" Jess said as she turned and motioned to her zipper.
"Yes, I will get one of the girls back here to help and get you ready for your big day" he replied and walked out.
Jess was not alone with her thoughts for too long before a girl in a swimsuit came in to help her.
"Aww you look so cute" The girl said. The contrast between the two of them was stark but this girl seemed nice.
"Hi, I'm Maddy whats your name?" Maddy asked as she approached Jess's back.
"I'm Jess and I am the new hire: Jess replied.
"Well you should fit in here nicely" Maddy said as she quickly zipped up Jess in one practiced move and hid the zipper beneath a velcro cover that caused it to almost disappear.
Speaking of fitting nicely, Jess thought to herself as she felt the whole costume tighten up with the slack provided by the zipper taken out. It embraced her entire body in a tight hug. Now that it was tight on her body she noticed that it was actually somewhat accentuating her curves and actually enhancing them.
"Are you ready to be a star?" Maddy asked with a smile.
