As you may or may not know, recently a social problem in China has been the emergence of a big gender imbalance- since they could only have one child, most families prioritised having a boy so they could have a breadwinner. Unfortunately, so many families did this that it's now gotten to the point that there are significantly more young Chinese men than women.
This has driven down birth rates so much that it's expected that India will surpass China as the world's most populous country, and the Chinese government isn't happy about that possibility. However, they've found a solution, such as it is. See, a company was set up that sells 'artificial women' to single men- basically very realistic sex dolls. Seeing that these have become quite popular, especially recently since it's hard to even get out and meet women, the government has decided to make the company modify some of their dolls to fit their purposes.
But what purpose did the government have in mind? Will the dolls be reconfigured to transform the men who fuck them into women with super high-tech medical science? Will they turn into real women when used and become partners to the men who fuck them? Will they be used as breeding holes to birth loads of girls who age quickly until they're fully developed to mate themselves? Will they deage and unbirth the men who fuck them to produce other children from them? Or is it something different to any of those?
