You go to The roulette Wheel. You feel a naked hairless bareskin human tail poke out from above your Anus. “Master” you say and stroke and caress the fur, starting with the head, because that’s the pervert thing you can do right now. “That one is a good sign,” you say, but “that one is a bad sign,” because that’s the pervert thing you can do right now.
With a long, cold snout, you pick out the ball and place it into a slots machine, but before the spin starts, you pick up a phone and begin to make a call. “A friend of mine, he is… what’s the word? Uhh… He’s too sexy for me. For me! …He’s very, uh… too sexy for me!” The phone begins to roll. “Thank you for calling… you get… nah, I can’t afford it… I’m on my way to see the teacher …with this girl … no, this time it’s for real.” The phone continues to roll. The film then cuts to a low, shaky shot, as a young woman approaches the camera from a distance, and whispers something in the ear of a person wearing a tiny fedora hat, and what looks to be a dog-mask. The movie continues as the young woman—who is in fact none other than Marla Singer (Jodie Foster)—turns to prostitution and eventually, runs away with her employer. She plays the mysterious Mr. Love, whom she meets by chance, and who offers to take her on as a regular companion. She is, in fact, one of his many illegal contacts. The theme of the movie was that a single individual could meet with great success in a harsh world by giving herself to others (with or without the slightest intent of repayment) rather than focusing on her own desires.
The story of the movie is basedon this philosophy, along with other content that is only loosely connected to The Secret.
This movie can be confusing, I'll admit, especially for a beginner.
