"Sorry Ty, but I can't leave yet. I might still be able to win this..." Brian informed Ty, and wondered off through the woods. "Damn" Ty whispered as Brian wondered off "Oh well, he's of little concern to me now. Perhaps I'll observe one of the others for a while..." and with that Ty vanished into thin air, his attention away from Brian
Brian wondered through the woods for sometime, lost in their dark depths, until night fell. Once the sun went down, these woods look much more frightening then they did when he was a mucsle god. Every shadow seemed to reach for him, every twig seemed a possible predator. Brian wondered in despair until he saw the light of a fire. "Oh thank the gods" Brian muttered and headed for the light.
"Waz you talkin' aboot? I ne hear anythin'" one of the orcs grunted. Two orcs had been prowling these woods of late, robbing and raping any they found in their woods. "Shhhh I hear something comin'" grunted the second one. The orcs quickly hid in the shadows of hollowed trees they had hollowed out for the sole purpose of hiding in. As they looked over their clearing, Brian stumbled upon the clearing.
"Hello? Is anyone here?" called a lonely, frightened, and pathetic Brian. "Guess not" he muttered and sat by the fire, naked, cold, and very afraid. He looked around the clearing and found the shadows to be looking extremely ominous. Something in his gut was telling him he was in danger, but he couldn't tell what it was. As he gazed into the fire, the two orcs emerged from their hiding places.
"HEY YOU!" the first orc cried, and froze Brian with fear. He turned his head as though it was death incarnate calling to him, and he saw to his terror the great orcs standing behind him. "I'm...I'm...sorry! Puh-puh-please...forgive...me..." Brian's voice trembled as he tried to get the words out. The second orc grinned down at Brian and reached down to fondle his quickly swelling orc-meat. "Hey I don't think we can rob this one...so I guess we'll have to rape him double!" he said evily, staring down at Brian with an evil, lewd glint in his great eyes. This was too much for Brian, and he passed out in fear. The second orc dropped his loin cloth, and he reached down to violate Brian, but he suddenly sensed a great power flying at himself, only he sensed it far too late.
"Hey, what's-" was all he got out, before the flying arrow pierced through his head, killing him. The first orc cried out in rage and fear, but was quickly slew by a similar arrow not two seconds later. "So, I finally caught you two disgusting bastards" said the mysterious voice of the archer. She emerged from the woods, and cast a look over Brian. "I don't think they got to this one, but he looks pretty bad. I suppose..." she whispered to herself, and picked-up Brian.
Brian awoke the next morning to see the scattered light coming through the tiny hut walls of the place he was resting in. This clearly wasn't the doing of the orcs. As the events and fears of last night flooded back to his mind, a beautiful girl entered the hut. She looked beautiful, yet angry at the same time. Not angry at Brian, just angry. She wore the red and white robes of ancient priestesses from feudal eras. "So, you're finally awake. I'm glad, I didn't want to have to bury another body. It's such a hastle" "who are you?" was all Brian could muster "You wish to know my name? Very well, my name is Kikyo, and I am a priestess. I've come to this land to slay some great power I sense, because I believe it may aid me in my quest for revenge. Do you know the great power that I may kill near here?"
*note to people: yes it's Kikyo from Inuyasha. She's just damn awesome, and I figured that she'd work well into the story. I'm an anime geek, sue me -.-*
