"Buck? Everything ok?" I hear a woman voice from the other side of the fence. It was the sound of my neighbor Rachel. 'Oh crap! I can't let her see me!' I thought to myself as I dash behind the tree. Rachel appears coming out the screen door to see her dog cowering. "What's wrong boy? It's not like you to be this scared." She says with a worried tone.
I peaked to see her approaching her dog with a thought in my head. 'Maybe if I change her she won't instantly freak out on me.' I look down to see the German Shepherd is still the last thing I scanned. I wondered what I could change though. 'I'll try changing her whole head. That should be interesting.' I think to myself as I highlighted the dog's head. I had to get a bit closer before I could get a good shot at her though.
"Did the neighbor do it? C'mon. They're not scary. Your just being shy is all." She petted and comforted her dog. That was my time to move in. I come up to the nearby bushes, aim at her head, and the light shone in all of our eyes. "What the!?" She screams. The light caused the dog to scamper into the house whining. The light faded away as I opened my eyes to see Rachel rubbing hers. I flee back to the tree before she spots me.
"Geeze! I thought supernovas only happened in space!" She says opening her eyes. Peaking out again I started to notice her ears started becoming pointed. I haven't seen an actual morph for myself so I was interested to see how it would look. "Buck? Where'd you goh? I thinkh evewythings fi... Hnh?" Both me and Rachel noticed that her jaws started growing away from her head. Her nose was also turning black as well. "Whahts happening?" She says before her tongue that was too long for her mouth at the time started hanging out her mouth.
At the same time her lips started to stretch from her enlarged face and brown fur started growing from her blackened nose. She feels a jolt in her mouth as her teeth sharpened into fangs and her lips blackened just like her nose. "What's happening?!" She yells starting to talk normally again. I saw her hair started to recede into more bushy brown fur that soon covered her entire head. Her ears started growing longer and moving at the top of her head. Fur covered them all around as they started to twitch. Last thing I saw was Rachel's eyes go from green irises, to a straight brown color with sharp slits. Her head fully resembled her German shepherds.
"Hnh... I feel so uncomfortable..." She says pulling out her phone and turning the selfie camera on. I saw her canine eyes turn wide once she saw herself. "Bu... Buck? I... I look just like him..." She says stuttering. I was just amazed at what I'd just witnessed. I saw a woman's head morph into a dog's. But at the same time, a sense of guilt was overshadowing my outlook. My beak was quivering and my tail was literally between my legs. Should I be upfront with her? Should I lie about what happened? Or maybe I should wait to see what happens.
