"We'd like you to paint us as a feline couple." Kendra said. "Scott will be a purple cat, and you can make me a pretty pink cat. ROOWWR!"
"Wait, what?" Scott said, rather confused. "Kendra, I'm a little ner... I don't want to walk around looking like a purp..."
"Nonsense!" Kendra interrupted him. "It'll be fun! I've always wanted to find someone who'd go out with me wearing animal makeup. We're gonna look so CUTE together with matching faces! You just wait!" Kendra said, pulling Scott over to the face painter's chair.
Nervously, Scott sat down. He was apprehensive about being painted as a girly purple tiger, but it seemed to make Kendra happy, so he decided to grin and bear it. Kendra was way out of his league. He felt lucky to be dating her, and if being turned into a purple cat would make her happy, then it was a small price to pay. Scott looked as the last customer, a little tiger boy, admired himself in the mirror. As the boy turned to walk away, Scott noticed he had a tiger tail hanging from his backside. "Oh, do you sell animal tails to match the face paint?" Scott asked.
"Nope, I just paint faces here!" the gypsy woman said. Hold still please. She took a large paint brush and applied purple all over his face and neck. Scott felt the wet paint on his face and shivered. He had no idea what he looked like right now, but he had to look ridiculous. He was very shy about walking around in public in full face paint, but if he had to choose, he would much rather look like a fierce tiger than a kitty cat. The face painter painted white around his eyes and muzzle. She took a black brush and gave him a black nose, black lips, whiskers and stripes. Finally she painted his arms and hands to give him cat paws. "OK, all done!" she said. Scott bolted for the mirror to see what he looked like.
"Scott wait!" Kendra called. "Don't look in the mirror until I'm finished too! I want to have our first look together! Here, take the camera and film me becoming a kitty!"
