You looked over the options available on the control panel of the photo booth. You figured that they must digitally alter the photos it took of you to fit whatever you specified.
So, eager to see what you’d look like if you were buff, you press the Size and then Muscle options.
A blank appeared, with a note: Enter desired final weight here.
You were decently tall (6’1”), but terribly skinny (120 lbs). So you decided on a dramatic change, opting to make yourself 210 pounds, and see what your photo looked like.
You watched the camera’s image of you, as it showed your thin body beginning to fill out. You really did look good, you thought. It seemed like your baggy jeans were tight around more muscular legs, and the long-sleeved compression shirt you wore accentuated your expanding torso. Too bad it wasn’t real, you thought.
The booth printed out your strip of photos, showing the gradual change that had taken place. You stepped outside and suddenly realized: you felt different. Bigger. Heavier. Constricted by your clothes.
