"Do you... wanna... maybe hang out after school? If you're not busy or something..." Thomas asked sheepishly.
Miles couldn't believe how he was feeling. This was a guy asking him out! He should be freaking out, screaming, trying to fix his situation as he had been all day, but Miles never thought of himself as the type of person to be asked out. Sure, he was decently popular, invited to parties full of underage drinking, but he was never the type of guy people would crush on. Now he somehow was, and the butterflies and the smile on his face replaced the negative feelings he was experiencing.
"Sure. I'd like that" Was all Miles could muster.
"Oh my GOD this is some Amazing!" Victor said, doing a little dance to himself. He felt so happy to see Miles find love!
"Maybe a movie? There's lots of cool stuff out now... or if that's too much, we can..." Thomas responded.
"No, that'd be fun..." Miles said. Seeing a movie with Thomas seemed familiar... but why?
"Anyways, here's my number. We can text after school?" Thomas said, showing Miles his cell phone number.
"Or call.. we could call." Miles said, as he used his own phone to dial Thomas's number.
"Or call." Thomas smiled, saving the new number into his phone.
Victor was about to squeal with delight. This was the cutest thing!
"Well... see you tonight." Thomas said, turning towards the boys locker room.
"Talk to you later." Miles said, watching Thomas walk off. He was head over heels at this point. A feeling interrupted by the biggest hug in the world.
"OMG!!!!!! MILES! I'M SO HAPPY FOR YOU! Listen, we don't have to exactly double date tonight, but it you want, I can buy a ticket to the same movie and just sit a couple row behind you, just so I'm there for moral support and if you need me for anything" Victor said.
"Why do I have the feeling you'll do that anyways" Miles said.
"Because we're the two best friends that anyone could have!" Victor said.
"The Hangover, really?" Miles said.
"What? Bradley Cooper is a cutie." Victor said, as they made their way to the locker room.
Once they arrived at their lockers, however, the reality of the changes hit Miles once again. Instead of his shirt and jeans was now an old school blue dress, with some white leggings and heels, as well as a pearl necklace and some small earrings.
Meanwhile, Victor pulled out a green tube top and some short white shorts, as wells a some black flats and gold hoop earrings.
"Oh my god, this outfit will look amazing on me!" Victor said.
Miles just silently put his dress and heels on. He would be complaining more, but he just couldn't get how great he felt about Thomas out of his head. He felt like regardless of what happens, he was going to have fun tonight.
