After walking home from school, you notice something shiny on the ground. (It was one of the shards, but you didn't notice it.) After picking the item up, you notice that it was a crystal, but you didn't know where it came from. Knowing that you don't want to lose it, you put the crystal in your pocket, and walk back home.
Once you arrive on the street you were on, you open the door, and find your mother taking cookies out of the oven. She notices you coming in, after you close the door. "Oh welcome home from school, sweetie," your mother says. "How was it?" "Exhausting," You explain. "The history test was frustrating, but at least I aced it." "Well, here are some after school cookies for you," your mother says. "Your father will be home any minute, so we can have dinner." "Well, I have nothing else to do on a Friday, so I'll be there," You comment.
After going upstairs, you put your backpack in your room, you lie down on your bed, and take a look at the crystal you found on the streets. You had so many questions.
